Cadec Global will hold its Annual User’s Conference at the JW Marriott Buckhead in Atlanta from Sept. 16-19, 2013. This year’s theme, “Stay Connected,” reflects the trend towards fleets leveraging wireless technology in order to collect critical fleet data and maintain strong connections with customers.

“The transportation industry has evolved so much this past year in terms of technological maturity,” said Pete Allen, CEO of Cadec. “Capabilities that once seemed far off, such as being able to modify dispatch assignments in real time or have your truck become a mobile hotspot, have become a reality. We’re excited to get all our customers together in one place to discuss industry trends, best practices, customer success stories, and our PowerVue roadmap.”

The keynote speaker for this year’s conference is Scott Belcher, President & CEO of the Intelligent Transportation Society of America.  Known as ITS America, it is the nation’s largest organization dedicated to advancing the research, development and deployment of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) to improve the nation’s surface transportation system.

This year, Cadec has added a optional training day for customers that offers substantial savings over on-site training, and the opportunity to sit one-on-one with Cadec support and technical staff in a genius bar type of setting.

Other planned sessions include:

  • The Interconnected Supply Chain

  • The Future of Cadec Support and Professional Services

  • Mobilizing Your Delivery Operations

  • Key Trends in Fleet Management

  • PowerVue Coming Attractions

This is a private event for Cadec customers only. Early-bird registration rates are available through June 28, 2013. Customers who register by June 28 will save $200 on the registration fee. To register, visit www.cadecuserconf.com.
