Kenneth D. Griswold has joined MacKay & Company as the director of market strategy and sales for the Chicago-based management consulting and market research firm.
In the new position, Griswold will manage and expand the company’s product offerings by developing brand strategies, market growth and product positioning for clients. He will collaborate with the company’s sales and marketing team, interface with clients, and lead projects, according to MacKay.
Griswold most recently served as vice president of sales and marketing at Fleet Engineers, where he led efforts to rebrand, reposition, and reestablish market presence for the brand.
Prior to his time at Fleet Engineers, Griswold spent more than 20 years at SAF-Holland in a variety of product marketing and leadership roles. He also played an instrumental role in the effort at SAF-Holland to institute the company’s global marketing and branding efforts.
