“Combining these two companies provides customers of both organizations with access to a diverse brokerage company, a nationally recognized flatbed fleet, unsurpassed technology, and a range of complete third-party logistics solutions,” said Robert Pike, CEO of P&S Holdings.
With over 1,300 trucks and 13 terminals nationally, P&S works primarily in lanes between the Southeast, Northeast, Texas, California, and the Midwest, serving customers in the building materials, oil and natural gas, and steel industries with flatbed trucking and logistics services.
Headquartered in Mansfield, Texas, TA Services provides trucking services in third-party logistics, full-service brokerage, and on-site materials handling. It has been in business for more than 28 years.

The American Transportation Research Institute will examine driver coaching, regulatory impacts — including the "Beyond Compliance" concept —and weather disruptions that shape trucking operations.
