Rihm Kenworth has opened a new parts and service location in Lake Elmo, Minn., to provide expanded service support to customers and truck operators in the Twin Cities metro area.
The new facility will serve as a satellite for Rihm Kenworth’s St. Paul flagship store, 20 miles to the west of Lake Elmo. The 18,000 square-foot Lake Elmo location has six dedicated service bays and a wash bay that can also serve as two additional service bays based on demand.
The new location also has a 5,200 square foot parts departmet with a display area and 5,600 square feet of parts storage. It is located on 5 ½ acres of land at 115 Hudson Blvd., off of Exit 253 on Interstate 94. The Lake Elmo location joins two other facilities in Minnesota and one in Wisconsin.
The location is open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
“We can provide a higher level of service to several transport companies and to contractors, pick-up and delivery couriers and food haulers,” said Kari Rihm, president of CEO of Rihm Kenworth. “And since our location is so close to I-94, it will be easy for east and westbound truck drivers to find.”
