There is no access from New Jersey into New York except via Northern Bergen County/Rockland County. The Tappan Zee Bridge is open, as is I-87/I-287
Holland Tunnel - closed both ways
Lincoln Tunnel - closed both ways
George Washington Bridge - NJ bound GW Bridge upper level is open/eastbound remains closed - NY bound
Bayonne Bridge - open NJ Northbound only
Goethals Bridge -open NJ Westbound only
Outerbridge Crossing -open NJ Westbound only
MTA Bridge and Tunnel Crossings:
Brooklyn Battery Tunnel - closed both ways until further notice
Queens Midtown Tunnel - closed to trucks
Triboro Bridge - closed into Manhattan - open to Queens from Manhattan - closed into Queens from the Bronx
Throgs Neck Bridge - closed northbound (Bronx bound only)
Bronx Whitestone Bridge - closed N/B - Bronx bound only
Verrazano Narrows Bridge - open westbound only Toll suspended
Henry Hudson Bridge - closed southbound (Manhattan bound) only
