Effective April 1, Yoshinori Noguchi has been appointed president of Hino Motors Sales U.S.A. Inc., which operates under the DBA of Hino Trucks.
Noguchi is very familiar with Hino Trucks as he has been serving has a board member since June 2010, while also holding the title of managing officer at Hino Motors Limited in Japan since April 2012.
Noguchi joined Hino in 1977 and has held various domestic and Asian overseas assignments in his 35 year career with Hino. Most recently, he was responsible for all overseas business, includig the United States.
From 2006 through 2009, Noguchi served as president of Hino Motors Sales Thailand Ltd.
Noguchi was named president of Hino Trucks after Sumio Fukaya announced his retirement effective March 25.
