The City also plans to launch a pilot program before Dec. 1, 2016, to study year-round use of B20 in at least 5% the City’s fleet vehicles.
NYC’s Mayor Michael Bloomberg signed the legislation into law. NYC Councilman Jim Gennaro introduced this legislation, which codifies the City’s use of biodiesel in its fleet.
