Pilot Logistics Services and Thomas Petroleum completed a merger which will combine both companies into Pilot Thomas Logistics. The merged company will be headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas.

Pilot Logistics Services provides drilling and exploration support through single source fueling and lubricant services. Thomas Petrolum delivers fuels, lubricants and gas treating chemicals, oil field services and frac-fueling for its clients.

Management from both organizations will be used to develop the leadership of the new company.

Pilot Thomas Logistics will combine operations and work closely with key stakeholders, customers, supplier partners and team members to complete the integration. Cliff Thomas, founder of Thomas Petroleum believes the merger will enhance customer service and create a good environment for employees.
